Industry norms
Suntiga’s work is known to be consistently in line with the current norms that regulate ready-mixed concrete production.
The National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association of Malaysia (NRMCA) was established in 1987 and has been recognized as the national association for the suppliers of ready-mixed concrete in the Peninsular Malaysia. NRMCA aims to elevate the ready-mix concrete industry in Malaysia through trainings, conferences, standardization and market development.
Suntiga is an active member of the NRMCA, with Dominic Ang, Suntiga’s Operations Director, serving as a council member in NRMCA. In the past, Suntiga’s Managing Director, Dato’ Ir. Ang Cheng Ho served as the NRMCA’s chairman for eight consecutive years from 1998 to 2006.
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.
Suntiga has obtained the most recent version of this certification; ISO 9001:2015, replacing the previous version, ISO 9001:2008.
